Have you recently started going to the gym and realized that you are unsure what you are doing, what exercises work best for improving overall strength and feel out of place wondering the gym thinking? We have all been there, I certainly have.

On the other hand are you accustom to the gym and are looking to progress your training? This program is here to help push you to the next stage of your fitness journey.

Behind the cover of this program holds an introduction that gives an overview on warm ups and rest times. Additionally, there is a place to put down 2 goals for that month. These goals could be as simple as be more confident within the gym but by writing them down you are committing to them and yourself.

The 4 week plan starts with an introduction week with slightly less volume to get you in the swing of going to the gym. The hardest part of starting to go to the gym is simply showing up and with this program the anxiety of what you are doing each day is gone. Week to week progressive overload is programmed in for you and takes the thinking out of what weight, sets and reps you need to perform for each exercise.
