This program takes a lifter who is starting to venture into powerlifting and fully immerses them in the training style. There is a place to calculate and fill in 1 rep maxes, it automatically calculates projected one rep maxes and provides space to fill in actual one rep maxes at the end. This program provides space for you to log your workouts day to day and week to week all while providing a template for progressive overload. This program is fitted to each individual and will get you hooked on POWERLIFTING!
