Are you unhappy with how your upper body looks? Do you want to fill in that new shirt you just got? What would a little more muscle mass and toning of your upper body do to your confidence?

These are all questions that have gone through my head at one time or another. Ever since I was a kid I was told I was too small for sports playing hockey, rugby and football. I was a tiny 135 pounds at the age of 17 playing hockey competitively. Once I went to post secondary school I decided enough was enough and it was time to put on some mass.

Over the last 5 years I have been putting in the time and work to increase my muscle mass while keeping my body fat at a low percent. I have found success and failure but through this experience I have learned what works best for me.

This program is full of my favourite exercises that helped me go from 135 pounds to 195 pounds staying around 8% body fat. Please let me help you in your fitness journey!
