During COVID it became apparent that working out at home or without a facility is quite challenging. I got the opportunity to coach online during these tough times and had my eyes opened to the challenges that people face when trying to get stronger or healthier without resources.

Within the program there will be a comprehensive warm up, rest time planning, progressions and how to weight certain exercises. The use of your imagination is extremely important for your success in life. We need to think outside the box and with this program you have a set plan but it is up to you to get creative with loads. I personally stick to broomsticks and backpacks because they are easy to load and relatively safe.

The program is 4 weeks in length but can be reused over and over. The program will help you tone your body and improve your strength. If your back is sore after a work day or you wish to be able to lift your grandchild, cousin, sibling, daughter... again then this program is for you. In the month span you will increase strength, tone your body and see a big life change when you start to commit to yourself!

All it takes is 1 hour, 3 times a week to make a difference in your life and well being.

You will get a 1 month program for at home workouts. The workouts are to increase overall strength! There is a comprehensive warm up and a variety of exercises that can be completed at home using a backpack or broom stick to load select exercises if body weight becomes too easy.
