This product has a total of 12 weeks of in depth programming. Within the program you will find an introduction, a strength development block, a lower body focused body building block, and an upper body focused body building block.

The introduction provides warmup basics, a place to put 5 goals so they are visible and written down, as well as a place to put before and after photos.

Each of the training blocks has a weekly focus and is programmed for progressive overload.

The main goal of this product is to give you the plan to success. Changing your body can be challenging and takes time. With this program you will see strength progress week to week and in the end see a more muscular and toned body.
